"Racing game on skis in the snow"
Since 1080º Snowboarding no racing game has emerged in the snow so addictive and fun. SkiRanger has had to wait, but finally a title has arrived that is at the height of an exciting sport in every sense: alpine skiing.
The character is not the typical skier who usually is the protagonist of this type of videogames, since it is a ranger who enjoys a great skill. It will have to be captured on snow-laden scenarios, mountains with spectacular slopes that won't make things easy for you. And it is that infinity of obstacles will have to be circumvented, from rocks and trees to ramps that, in occasions, will not be convenient to be jumped.
SkiRanger rewards those riders who are able to reach the end of the circuit in a shorter amount of time. With AI it's quite complicated, being able to guide you through the ghost reproductions that appear on screen. On the other hand, it's more fun doing it with other people through split screen mode.
The level of gameplay realism can be increased by activating the camera in the first person and controlling the ranger with the Kinect device.
